Returns Policy – Harbor & Co.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return an item. Please read the conditions below to ensure a smooth and valid return process.


1. Return Eligibility

Inspection Period

  • You have 14 calendar days to inspect and evaluate the product.

  • This does not mean you can use the product — only assess it as you would in a physical store.

  • Some items may be excluded from returns if explicitly stated before purchase (e.g., hygiene-related products, custom-made items).


2. For Customers in the UK

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery.
If your order is incomplete or damaged, contact our customer support via the contact form within 8 days of receiving the item.


3. For Customers Outside the UK

Please check your item immediately upon receipt.
For orders outside the UK, report any issues via the contact form within 14 days.


4. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via our return form with your order number, item code, and optionally the reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive a pre-addressed return label from our support team via email.

  3. Include the return form inside the package.

  4. Affix the return label over the original shipping label.

  5. Drop off the parcel at any local post office and keep the proof of postage.

  6. Once we receive the return, we’ll process it within 14 days and issue a credit note or refund.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval or without the official return label cannot be processed.


5. Return Costs

  • If the item is simply not what you wanted but arrived in perfect condition, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is faulty, incomplete, or damaged, you may be eligible for free return under warranty. Please contact customer service in this case.


6. Free In-Store Returns

Prefer to return the item in person?
You may return any item to our physical store within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. Please bring your original invoice. Returned items must meet the condition criteria outlined below.


7. Product Condition Requirements

For your return to be accepted:

✔ The item must be unused
✔ It must be in its original, undamaged packaging
✔ If the box has been opened, seal it with clear tape only
✘ Do not write on or apply tape directly to the product box

The return period is a viewing period — not a usage period.
Items used or returned in poor condition may be rejected or partially refunded based on depreciation.


8. Refund Process

  • Once your return has been approved and processed, we’ll refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.

  • If you paid via iDeal, refunds are processed by our payment provider Buckaroo.

  • Allow up to 14 days for us to process your return, plus an additional 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You can monitor the status of your return at any time via your MyHarbor Account.
