We offer reliable delivery services for all products across the United Kingdom and wider Europe. Below you’ll find an outline of our shipping terms and cost structure. For destinations not listed, please contact our support team for a custom quote.

1. Factors That Affect Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

• Weight of the item(s)

• Dimensions of the package(s)

• Destination country or region

• Packaging and handling (included in the cost)

2. Shipping to the United Kingdom

Parcels (up to 23kg)

• £6.99 per parcel

• For multiple parcels, the same rate applies per additional package

Pallet Shipments

• Up to 100kg: £59.99

• Up to 250kg: £79.99

• Up to 500kg: £109.99

• Up to 750kg: £139.99

• Up to 1000kg: £179.99

• Up to 1500kg: £249.99

• Over 2000kg: £319.99

Note: Oversized packages, fragile items, or deliveries to remote areas may incur additional surcharges.

3. Regional Surcharges

Additional shipping fees may apply to the following UK territories:

• Northern Ireland

• Scottish Highlands & Islands

• Isle of Wight

• Isle of Man

• Channel Islands

Fees will be automatically calculated at checkout or quoted upon request.

4. Shipping to Belgium

Parcels (up to 23kg)

• €8.49 per parcel

• Additional parcels: €8.49 each

Pallet Shipments

• Up to 100kg: €99.99

• Up to 250kg: €129.99

• Up to 500kg: €149.99

• Over 501kg: €199.99

• Over 1,000kg: €399.98

5. Other European Countries

Shipping rates for other European destinations are available on request. You may:

• Place your order and receive a follow-up shipping quote

6. Shipping Methods

Orders up to 31.5kg

• Shipped via national courier services (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, DHL)

• Includes tracking details emailed upon dispatch

Orders over 31.5kg

• Shipped via specialised freight carriers for larger/heavier items

• Deliveries occur Monday to Friday

• A liftgate truck is used for unloading

7. Delivery Conditions

• On the day of delivery, customers will receive an estimated time of arrival by email.

• If delivery is missed and needs to be rescheduled, a double shipping charge may apply.

• Our drivers will deliver to the specified address where accessible.

• If the drop-off point is blocked or inaccessible (e.g., narrow lanes, unpaved roads), delivery will occur at the nearest accessible location.

Important: Any visible damage at delivery must be noted on the delivery slip. Failure to do so may void claims for transport-related damage.

8. Split Deliveries

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parts. Each shipment will be accompanied by a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
