2-Year Warranty Policy – Harbor & Co.

Effective Date: 18 August 2025

At Harbor & Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality, durable products. This warranty applies to all items purchased directly from Harbor & Co. or from one of our authorised retailers. It is offered in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law, which remain unaffected.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

All Harbor & Co. products are covered by a limited warranty of 2 years from the original date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified.

If a defect covered under this warranty is identified within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product free of charge

  • Replace it with a new or equivalent item

  • Offer a refund up to the original purchase value

This warranty applies to products purchased and used within the United Kingdom and other applicable territories where Harbor & Co. operates.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Misuse, abuse, or negligent handling

  • Improper installation or unauthorised modifications

  • Accidental damage, impact, or falls

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, surface marks)

  • Damage caused by natural disasters

  • Failure to follow product care instructions or usage guidelines

  • Third-party repairs or tampering

Consumable parts (e.g. batteries, cleaning pads, accessories) may have limited coverage.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  1. You must present proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or invoice.

  2. Contact our Customer Support Team through the contact form on our website.

  3. We may request:

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the defect

    • Return of the product (if required for evaluation)

Our team will assess the issue and advise on the next steps within 5 working days.

4. Additional Terms

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • The product must have been used under normal, intended conditions.

  • If the product is no longer available or discontinued, a suitable replacement or refund will be provided.

  • Harbor & Co. reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at any time. The version valid at the time of purchase will apply.
